Grey, the new white

Our most frequent request at the moment is for Grey both in wallpaper and paint. There are many different shades of grey, and yes as many as 50! Most people don’t want a blue based grey, such as Farrow and Ball Lamp room and Pavillion or Dulux ┬áMineral Haze as they are cold and can be “cave like”. Farrow and Ball, Sanderson and Little Greene have realised this and launched new colours that have a brown undertone therefore giving a warmth while still looking grey. My favourites are Sanderson Grey Birch and Farrow and Ball Ammonite and Purbeck Stone.

These colours lend themselves to many different schemes and give a contemporary, clean, yet warm look. They work particularly well with brilliant white ceiling and skirting plus accents of Mauve, Lime or Cerise.

Come in and look at the paint charts and let us work out a scheme for your room.
